We are looking for a talented, confident and outgoing individual to join our team as a Luxury Travel Administrator. You will be supporting the Managing Director and the rest of the team with day to day administration, concierge requests and ad hoc projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion for travel and a desire to develop their knowledge of the Luxury Travel industry through the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with suppliers based in worldwide destinations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the sales team with the booking process
Processing invoices once the booking has been confirmed with all their travel details
Completing a check list and adding diary notes to ensure all booking requirements are in place
Contacting clients to help with any concierge requests and then liaising with the hotels to make arrangements where necessary
Re-confirming the booking, including accommodation, airport transfers and any special requests prior to departure
Checking client itineraries and preparing final documents to be sent in our leather wallets
Taking and managing incoming calls
Supporting the MD with general administration, aspects of the booking process and ad hoc projects
Updating CRM system with client information
Key requirements
You must have:
Administrative knowledge and experience within the travel industry
Strong organisational and administrative skills and have the ability to prioritise workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
High professional standards and attention to detail
Ability to work using own initiative and under pressure
Proficient IT skills, confident with Microsoft office programs, especially Word and Excel
Desirable:
Knowledge of Amadeus, Travelink and Dolphin
